We are looking for a skilled Personalia & Legal Staff to grow together with our team. In this role, you will handle personnel administration, company legal documents, employee data, and operational support. You must be detail-oriented, communicative, trustworthy, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities dan Duties
- Manage company correspondence and legal documents.
- Monitor employee compliance with company regulations.
- Coordinate company operational and administrative needs.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel administration.
- Manage BPJS Health and Employment administrative processes.
- Support recruitment processes and new employee administration.
- Prepare periodic personnel reports.
Required qualifications and more :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law or related field or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of Labor Law, Job Creation Law, and BPJS Health & Employment regulations.
- Familiar with company legal and licensing documents, including SK Kemenkumham, NIB, OSS, and Deed of Establishment.
- Understanding of personnel administration and employee data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to maintain company data confidentiality.
- Good document administration skills for both physical and digital files.
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
