We are looking for a skilled Personalia & Legal Staff to grow together with our team. In this role, you will handle personnel administration, company legal documents, employee data, and operational support. You must be detail-oriented, communicative, trustworthy, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities dan Duties

  • Manage company correspondence and legal documents.
  • Monitor employee compliance with company regulations.
  • Coordinate company operational and administrative needs.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel administration.
  • Manage BPJS Health and Employment administrative processes.
  • Support recruitment processes and new employee administration.
  • Prepare periodic personnel reports.

Required qualifications and more :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law or related field or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Understanding of Labor Law, Job Creation Law, and BPJS Health & Employment regulations.
  • Familiar with company legal and licensing documents, including SK Kemenkumham, NIB, OSS, and Deed of Establishment.
  • Understanding of personnel administration and employee data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to maintain company data confidentiality.
  • Good document administration skills for both physical and digital files.
  • Honesty, integrity, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
