PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia Holds Unforgettable Team Vacation in Kuala Lumpur

PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia recently vacation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of its employee engagement and appreciation program. The trip aimed to foster teamwork, refresh employees' spirits, and strengthen bonds among team members outside the workplace.

The three-day event was filled with a mix of leisure, adventure, and cultural exploration. The team visited iconic landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, and Genting highland, where they marveled at the architectural and cultural diversity of Malaysia’s capital city. The "It was a fun trip, we not only enjoyed the trip but also forged close relationships" said Iqbal, the Clinical staff when get asked about the trip.

In order to improve team cohesion, the committee created a game called guess who the spy is. All biometric employees will guess who the spy is among them by collecting clues obtained after completing the mission given by management, while doing so, the spy will trick and hinder the team from getting clues. In the end, with cooperation and sharp discussion, all biometric employees find out who the spy is.
