Show Improvement, Sponsor’s Satisfaction Value of Biometrik Increases

Depok, July 19th, 2022- Biometrik Riset Indonesia strives for the best services in bioequivalence (BE) study. This is demonstrated by the improvement of the sponsor’s satisfaction value.

Based on our data, there are 13 completed bioequivalence studies conducted by 9 Sponsors in the first semester of 2022. The sponsor’s satisfaction value was obtained after bioequivalence studies were completed, including screening, dosing, sampling, analysis samples, and final report. The average value of the sponsor’s satisfaction is 4.30 out of 5.00. Therefore, according to the value obtained, it can be concluded that Biometrik’s services are satisfying. This value increased compared to the feedback received in 2021, which was 4.08. The following is a graph of the sponsor’s satisfaction value from 2019 until the first semester of 2022.

The improvement in the sponsor’s satisfaction value is evidence of the implementation of the Biometrik mission, which is to conduct reliable, rapid, and high-quality research services on bioequivalence studies. This fact is also in line with the improvement in the quality management system and the professionalism of our personnel.
