Sparkling Bright Future with Biometrik

PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia held an annual meeting as well as a team building event at Situ Cileunca, Pangalengan, Bandung on November 3rd - 5th, 2022. This event was held to report on Biometrik activities in the past year and set new annual targets, beside that, this event aims to increase the spirit of integrity and togetherness that can improve the performance and capability of all Biometrik employees. “We hope that our success in 2022 will encourage us to achieve more in 2023, in line with the event's theme Sparkling Bright Future with Biometrik", said Mrs. Effi Setiawati.

The event began with a management review meeting which was attended by 26 employees to discuss achievements and performance evaluation in 2022 and establish new targets for 2023. The management review meeting was opened by Mrs. Effi Setiawati as Operation Director, followed by a presentation of performance and targets from the Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, and Laboratory departments. Before closing, employees provide critics and suggestions for Biometrik’s improvement, as well as read the new targets of 2023 for each department by the moderator, and then pray.

The event continued with team building on the edge of Situ Cileunca. Activities carried out include games that hone focus and concentration, trust between each other, strategies in dealing with threats, increase fellowship and teamwork, striving spirit, and responsibility in solving a problem to achieve the ultimate goal. In addition, there are also fun activities such as rafting at the Cileunca River and riding with All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) across the Pangalengan tea plantation. This activity is carried out as a refresh for all employees to feel happier and will create a better ambiance at work.
