Biometrik Conducts Disaster Mitigation Training in Collaboration with UPT Damkar Cimanggis

On Monday, June 29, 2026, PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia, in collaboration with the UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kecamatan Cimanggis, conducted an in-house Disaster Mitigation Training for all employees. The initiative was designed to strengthen emergency preparedness, improve disaster response capabilities, and ensure the safety of both employees and study subjects involved in Bioequivalence (BE) studies.

The training combined classroom instruction with practical exercises. During the theoretical session, participants learned about fire hazards, explosions caused by gas or chemical leaks, emergency response procedures, and the proper use of emergency equipment. The practical session included a building fire evacuation simulation, team evacuation drills, hands-on training in the use of fire extinguishers (APAR), conventional firefighting techniques, and guidance on responding safely to encounters with wild animals in the workplace.

The training was successfully completed with active participation from all employees. Through initiatives such as this program, PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia continues to reinforce its commitment to fostering a safe and resilient workplace by enhancing employee awareness, emergency preparedness, and disaster response readiness.
