Biometrik Riset Indonesia Takes Another Step Forward Toward the International Stage

Depok, May 2026 : In May 2026, PT Biometrik Riset Indonesia was presented with both an opportunity and a challenge to further expand its presence on the international stage through an inspection conducted by NPRA auditors from a neighboring country, Malaysia.

Extensive preparations had been carried out since the beginning of 2026. These preparations included reviewing and analyzing all aspects within the scope of the inspection, ranging from quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, to the readiness and performance of all divisions involved in the inspection process.

In addition to document and system readiness, the success of the preparation process was also strongly supported by the full participation of the entire Biometrik team. Effective teamwork played an important role in completing, reviewing, and ensuring that all requirements and supporting aspects had been thoroughly prepared prior to the inspection.

The inspection activity conducted by NPRA Malaysia, held from May 18–22, 2026, proceeded smoothly and successfully. The entire series of activities, from welcoming sessions and opening meetings to the inspection process and closing session, was carried out professionally and accompanied by the warmth and hospitality demonstrated by the Biometrik team. This contributed to creating a comfortable environment and reflected the team’s full engagement throughout the inspection process.

Following the closing session, the meeting continued with a friendly and informal discussion. While maintaining the utmost respect for the NPRA inspection team, the conversation developed into discussions regarding a future friendship visit to Malaysia, considering that Biometrik had previously visited Malaysia in 2024. The idea was warmly welcomed by the inspection team, creating an even more pleasant atmosphere filled with mutual appreciation and camaraderie.

As the time came to say goodbye, both teams took the opportunity to capture the moment through a group photo session as a symbol of the strong relationship and collaboration that had been established.

It was sincerely hoped that this meeting would not be the end of a journey, but rather the beginning of stronger relationships and future collaboration between Biometric and Malaysia.
